Return & Refund Policy

 

At TxTPrint, we prioritize your satisfaction while adhering to US Consumer Protection Laws. Below is our clear, fair policy for returns and refunds.

1. Eligibility for Returns/Refunds

We accept returns only for:

  • Faulty/damaged items (e.g., manufacturing defects, torn seams).

  • Defective printing (e.g., misalignment, peeling, fading).

Non-eligible returns include:

  • Change of mind, shipping delays, or incorrect size/color selections.

  • Customer errors (typos, low-resolution images, design mistakes).

  • Minor color/size variances (≤10%) due to screen/printing differences.

  • Garment shrinkage from improper washing (follow care labels!).

2. Return Timeframes & Conditions

  • Refunds/Exchanges: Request within 14 days of delivery.

  • Item Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • No Returns Accepted: After 14 days or for items with visible wear.

3. Your Legal Rights

This policy does not void your statutory rights under U.S. or Texas law. Defective items that breach implied warranties (e.g., merchantability) may qualify for remedies beyond this policy.

4. How to Return

  1. Contact Us: Use our websites contact us page or Email support@txtprint.com with your order number and reason for return with valid photo/video evidence. DO NOT return item until you get written confirmation (email) from our end.

  2. Ship to: Once you receive confirmation, return the item to the following address

  3. Return Costs: You cover return shipping. Refunds exclude original delivery fees.

5. Reprints for Shrinkage

If your garment shrank despite proper washing, return it for a free reprint (same item).
