Terms of Services and User Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TxTPrint’s website (the “Site”) or services (the “Services”), you agree to comply with these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you disagree, immediately cease use. Continued use constitutes acceptance of future updates, posted on this page.

2. Eligibility

  • Age Requirement: Users must be at least 18 or have parental consent. Minors under 13 may browse but cannot order.

  • Account Security: You are responsible for account activity and must notify us of breaches at support@txtprint.com.

3. Services Offered

  • Custom Apparel: Screen printing, DTF transfers, and embroidery on products like T-shirts, hoodies, and sportswear.

  • Order Fulfillment: Orders processed via Shopify. We reserve the right to refuse/cancel orders for any reason (e.g., fraud, errors).

4. User Obligations

  • Prohibited Actions:

    • Infringe intellectual property (IP) rights, upload harmful code, or engage in illegal activities.

    • Resell services, misuse design tools, or harass others.

  • Content Responsibility: You are liable for designs uploaded. Ensure they comply with laws and do not infringe third-party rights.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Your Content: You retain ownership but grant TxTPrint a non-exclusive, global license to reproduce designs for order fulfillment.

  • Our IP: All Site content (logos, software) is owned by TxTPrint. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

6. Orders & Payments

  • Pricing: Subject to change. Discrepancies resolved at our discretion.

  • Billing: Provide accurate information. We may cancel orders for errors or suspected fraud.

7. Disclaimers

  • “As Is” Service: No warranties for uninterrupted/error-free operation. Product colors may vary slightly from digital displays.

  • Third-Party Tools: Shopify and other tools are provided without endorsement. Use at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Exclusions: We are not liable for:

    • Indirect damages (lost profits, data loss).

    • Third-party actions, shipping delays, or user errors (e.g., design mistakes).

  • Cap on Liability: Maximum liability = cost of affected order.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify TxTPrint against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

10. Termination

We may suspend/terminate access for violations. Surviving clauses (e.g., liability, IP) remain enforceable.

11. Returns & Refunds

  • Policy: Available here. Covers defects only. No refunds for change of mind or sizing errors.

12. Privacy

  • Data Use: Governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect data to process orders and improve services.

13. Governing Law

  • Jurisdiction: Disputes governed by Texas law, resolved in courts of Harris County, Texas.

14. Updates

We may modify these Terms. Continued use after changes = acceptance.
