At TxTPrint, we strive to deliver your custom apparel quickly and reliably. Below is our transparent, easy-to-understand shipping policy:

1. Processing Time

  • Standard Orders: 1–2 business days after payment confirmation (excludes weekends/holidays).

  • Bulk Orders (50+ units): 3–5 business days for production + shipping.

  • Rush Service: Available for 24–48hr processing (+$15 fee). Contact us before ordering.

2. Free Shipping Options

  • Free US Standard Shipping (Retail only): Orders of $99+ (before taxes) automatically qualify.

  • Bulk Orders: Always quote-based shipping (contact us for tailored freight solutions).

4. Delivery Timelines

  • Continental U.S.: 3–7 business days (standard).

  • Texas Customers: 1–3 business days (local priority). Store pickup available.

  • Alaska/Hawaii: 7–14 business days.

Delays due to weather, customs, or carrier issues are beyond our control.

5. International Shipping

  • Available: Yes (Canada, UK, Australia, EU).

  • Costs: Calculated at checkout (Duties/Taxes not included).

  • Delivery: 7–21 business days via FedEx International/DHL.

6. Order Tracking

  • Tracking Number: Sent via email once shipped.

  • Lost Packages: Contact carrier first. If unresolved, email support@txtprint.com within 30 days.

7. Shipping Address

  • Accuracy: Double-check at checkout. We’re not liable for typos/missing packages due to incorrect addresses.

  • Changes: Contact us within 6hrs of ordering. Post-shipment changes may incur fees.

8. Undeliverable Orders

  • Returned Packages: Reshipped at customer’s expense.

  • Refused Deliveries: 15% restocking fee + return shipping deducted from refunds.

9. Holiday/Peak Season Delays

Expect longer processing/shipping times during:

  • Black Friday/Cyber Monday (Nov–Dec)

  • Major Holidays (Christmas, July 4th)

10. In-Store Pickup

  • Skip Shipping Fees: Collect your custom apparel at our Texas Shop for $0 delivery cost.

  • How It Works:

    • Select "Local Pickup" at checkout.

    • Wait for email/SMS confirmation (ready in 1–2 business days).

    • Bring your order number + ID for pickup during store hours.

  • Location:

    Hours: Mon–Sat, 9 AM–6 PM CT.

  • Benefits:

    • Same-Day Processing: Orders placed by 12 PM CT may be ready by 5 PM (excludes bulk).

    • Eco-Friendly: Reduce packaging waste.

    • Design Adjustments: Last-minute tweaks available on-site.

Note: Unclaimed orders after 14 days will incur a $5 restocking fee.
